And how you get paid.

Sausera is built for closers. The job is real, the standard is high, and the upside is uncapped. This page is the honest version of what you sign up for — the setup, the pay, the trips, the standard, and the kind of company we're building.

The Setup — Remote, By Design.

Sausera is remote-first. There is no office to clock into. You work from your house, the beach, the snow, a plane, a coffee shop — wherever you build best. That is the job, and that is the beauty of the job.

For the crew based in Austin, we host a monthly in-person party. Part community, part business. We eat, we hang out, and we walk through anything worth covering that month. It is the one time a month the local crew is in the same room.

Every week, the whole team meets virtually. We talk about what is working, what is not, and what is slowing anyone down. On top of that, every rep gets a weekly one-on-one with Lucas — to sharpen the pitch, work through hard deals, and stay locked on the company manifesto and mantra.

There is no fixed schedule. You build the schedule that fits the life you want. The work that matters is what you put out and what comes back.

Every person on the team is a 1099 subcontractor, not an employee. We do not hand out laptops, headsets, or company phones. What we do hand out is everything you actually need to sell at the level Sausera sells at: full CRM access, the company playbook, the full sales psychology training, and ongoing direct coaching from a six-year roofing sales operator. You bring the laptop, the phone, the dedication, and the right mindset.

100% Commission. No ceiling.

There is no base salary. Sausera is 100% commission, top to bottom. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

You earn an upfront commission on every setup fee, paid within 48 hours of client funds clearing the company bank.

You also earn a recurring commission every month, on every client you sell, for as long as that client stays paying. That is where the real money lives. Sausera was built by a sales rep, for sales reps.

Projections built from the current rep ramp put the average rep at $15,000 to $25,000 a month in recurring commission by month 12 to month 18 — just from clients sold months earlier who stay paying. The longer you have been here, the more it stacks.

On top of commission, we run daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly cash bonus competitions. We are a competitive shop. We push each other, we cheer for each other, and we put real money on the line for top performers.

Lead with quality,
not quantity.

Hitting a hundred bad calls is not the job. The job is making fewer, better, more honest calls — and putting the right customer in the right product. Quality compounds. Quantity without quality just burns the list.

We measure closes, we measure retention, we measure how long a customer stays profitable. Activity is a means. The number that matters is on the back end.

Trips stack. $300K winners go on all three. $200K winners get the first two. $100K winners get the first one.

The Room — A family-style company in every sense.

We win together. We eat together. We do not "lose together" — losing is something we fix, not celebrate.

Once a month, we host a catered team dinner at Lucas's house or a venue in Austin — fully on the company. Every week, the whole team meets virtually. For the Austin crew, we run weekly meet-ups on our off days — golf, the pool, anything that gets us in the same room and out of the laptop.

We grind together. We play hard together. We celebrate every win in public, and we have each other's back when a deal goes sideways.

What you get from us. In writing.

We are not building a team of reps who clock in and clock out. We are building a team that wants to build a life with Sausera. By month 18, the recurring stack starts to feel like a salary you actually earned.

We're selling time back.

Service contractors are losing winnable jobs every day because no one calls them back fast enough. They're leaving real money on the table with insurance carriers because no one taught them how to push back. Owners are working past midnight on QuickBooks while their kids wait up.

Sausera is the system that fixes that. Closers are the people who put it in the contractor's hands. The product is real, the customer needs it, and the work pays for itself the first month it runs.

That's why this job exists. Not to hit a dial count. Not to chase a vanity metric. To put a working system in front of an operator who has been losing without one — and to get paid honestly for doing it.
