• Stripe — payment processing for paid customers
• Formsubmit — secure delivery of contact-form submissions to our inbox
• Google Workspace — email hosting, document storage, calendar
• GoHighLevel — CRM and customer relationship infrastructure (for paid customers)
• Mercury — business banking

Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

Business transfers

If Sausera is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice of any such change.

Sausera is based in Texas, United States. If you visit the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Site, you consent to that transfer.

10A. Limitation of liability and dispute resolution

The limitation-of-liability provisions and the mandatory binding arbitration / class action waiver set forth in our Terms of Service are incorporated into this Policy by reference and apply to any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy, our data practices, or any data-security incident, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
